Click here for additional information. Hunting Heritage BanquetsThere are a number of great banquets scheduled for the 2010 season. Attend at banquet and bid on some great conservation tags that are available at the different banquets. Additional information regarding season dates for conservation tags. Many thanks goes out to the volunteers that donate numerous hours of hard work and dedication, to the businesses and folks who contribute generous donations and to the folks who attend these events and make generous contributions to ensure a successful banquet season. With everyone working together we can make a difference in the conservation efforts of the wild turkey. JAKES EventsJAKES stands for Juniors Acquiring Knowledge, Ethics and Sportsmanship. JAKES is for children age 12 and under. Children who are 13 - 17 belong to the Extreme JAKES program. The annual membership for each JAKES program is 5 dollars. Those interested can join through any of the Chapter Presidents, State Board Members, State President, or through the Regional Director. The events include activities that teach kids new skills. There are a few JAKES events held throughout the state every year. Watch for the schedule to update.
